Shipping policy

Delivery
Everything we make is made after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a season that might not come, and nothing gets binned at the end of one. The trade is that it takes longer than a shop shipping off a shelf, and we would rather give you the real number than a flattering one.

How long it actually takes
7 to 12  days (US 10-16 Days) from order to doorstep. That is everything: the window we leave for you to change your mind, printing, and shipping. Not a dispatch time with the transit quietly left off.
Most orders land nearer the front of that window than the back. December and January are slower everywhere and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Orders over £50  Free 

US Orders $10

Two tees comes to £50, so that ships free.
We do not offer a next-day or express option. We could sell you one, but we could not deliver it, and we would rather not take the money.
Where we ship
UK and international. International takes longer than the window above and varies by country. Any customs duties or import charges are down to you, not us, and they are not something we can work out in advance.

Changing or cancelling an order

You have 24 hours. Orders do not go into production straight away, on purpose, so if you have ordered the wrong size or spotted a typo in your address, email info@svrf.uk with your order number and we will fix it. After that it is being printed and we cannot pull it back.
If something goes wrong
Outside the window above? Email info@svrf.uk with your order number and we will chase it. Turned up damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Same address, send a photo, and we will sort it.
