SVRF Afters Sherpa

For the bit after. The suit's off, the wind's coming across the car park sideways, and you want something that feels like sitting in a warm car without having to start the engine. 450gsm of recycled sherpa, bonded to fleece on the inside, zipped up to the chin.

Softshell on the collar, yoke and chest pocket, the places sherpa would only collect sand and car-park grit. A zipped chest pocket for the key you're terrified of losing, zipped hand pockets for everything else. It isn't waterproof and doesn't pretend to be. It goes on over dry clothes, under a changing robe when it's properly grim, and stays on for the flask, the drive home and the chips.

THE FIT

Relaxed, with set-in sleeves, a stand-up collar and elastic binding at the cuffs and hem to keep the draught out. Take your usual size and there's room for a hoodie underneath. Unisex, XXS to 2XL.

THE FABRIC

100% recycled polyester sherpa, 450gsm, fully bonded to a brushed polar fleece lining with an anti-pill finish. Softshell panels at the collar, yoke and chest pocket. Full front zip with a metal puller.

CARE

Wash at 30°C with similar colours, zips done up. Don't tumble dry and don't iron. Heat is what flattens sherpa. Line dry and give it a shake.
